Requirements:
Participates in strategic customer meetings to review and evaluate new TrackWise technical challenges that are required to improve operating efficiencies and/or add business benefits
Performs TrackWise Web Administrator system configuration and integration testing including the functionality, performance and fit. Ensure that it meets the original requirements and works within the defined constraints
Develops detailed design specifications for projects, creating TrackWise-based validation documentation on requirements in order to determine the completeness of the information and process components
Provides input to effective change management, training requirements, validation and rollout plans to business and users. Write and review validation scripts for new TrackWise workflows and processes
Develops, maintains and provides TrackWise technical expertise in order to transfer knowledge for specific workflows to business leads and trainers
Work within medium-size cross-functional project teams tasked with solving TrackWise technical issues. Evaluates the design specification requirements and provides solutions to support operational business and reporting processes. Leads team in analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to support the business needs
Defines and develops TrackWise test plans and validation protocols for unit, system, and integration testing, and to address installation, operational, and performance qualifications requirements
Evaluates system impact in consultation with the business, IT management, regulatory, IT development, quality assurance, validation, and training teams. Partners with functional business system analyst and IT management to identify necessary department resources to meet defined objectives
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the client's policies, procedures, as well as, state, federal, and local laws
Leads team providing post-implementation support to users
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with individuals contacted in the course of work
Complying with all current Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations
Utilizing project management tools and techniques to plan and ensure the progress and ultimate completion of designated projects; estimating the cost of a project to design, develop, test and deploy the required solution
Implementing goals, objectives and practices for effective, efficient and cost effective management of allocated resources
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or business related equivalent, from an accredited college or university
7 to 10 years work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment with emphasis in TrackWise validation; or, an equivalent combination of education and / or experience
Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), GXP and other regulatory requirements
Administration, configuration, development, and support of a Quality Management Tracking System, specifically TrackWise version 7 and 8
Computer System Validation and Testing methodologies, processes, and tools for testing of functionality, including IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well as unit, integration, system, and regression testing
Minimum
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university, and seven (7) to ten (10) years enterprise system experience, with at least two (2) at a management level preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor, moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment. Extensive travel may be required for projects.
This 6
month position starts ASAP.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
