This is a full-time position located in our new facility in the Rockaway, NJ.
Reporting to the tech support team lead, this position will be responsible for providing support by phone/email/remote access to TOPDON USA customers with a primary focus on keys and key programming tools.
Job Description:
Responsibilities will include helping prepare FAQs, training material, and helping our video production team with tutorial and training videos.

Answering phones, emails, and live chats Answering basic automotive tech support/order/product questions Directing advanced tech/order/product questions Trouble shooting tool connection issues Troubleshooting Android based device performance issues Working with customers on key programming procedures This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:
