As the Social Media and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing on our social media platforms and creating marketing strategies to enhance our presence and brand visibility.
You will play a key role in promoting our products, engaging with our customers, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Utilize industry and company sales data to inform product promotion strategies, new product introductions, and discontinuation recommendations.
Assume responsibility for sales and product promotion concepts, advertising, websites, direct messaging (e.
g.
, SMS texting), email newsletters, social media, in-store content (e.
g.
, menu design, video screen content, signage, and d cor), product packaging, event planning, CRM, content creation.
Manage promotional marketing, CRM, email campaigns, traditional print, and other marketing channels.
Creative attractive flyers using creative design experience to display sales, events, etc.
Constant weekly pop-ups with suppliers or other brands.
Manage social media daily.
Create strategies to gain followers and increase engagement.
Post comments and reply on all forms of social media.
Collaborate with vendors and colleagues to develop additional data reporting for enhanced data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate and procure merchandising assets for new product launches in collaboration with the Brand, Retail, and Product Team.
Directly manage current and future staff members to execute the strategic plan.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies to optimize market share and margin.
Ensure cost-effective control of marketing results within designated budgets.
Evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy in response to changing market conditions.
Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
Contribute to content, voice, and tools for direct customer responses, including customer support.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Prepare and present marketing activity reports to executive management.
Maintain a consistent corporate image across product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Work with internal teams to create the dispensary PR image and organize sponsored events.
Organize and execute brand engagement activities and events to enhance store awareness in local communities.
Coordinate and procure merchandising assets for new product launches in collaboration with the Brand, Retail, and Product Team.
Manage the dispensary app.
Travel within the state to build relationships or attend events on behalf of the brand.
Act as the marketing lead between senior leadership and stores to develop and execute in-market retail strategies and initiatives.
Oversee all efforts to enhance the brand, driving awareness, new customer acquisition, and brand loyalty.
Requirements:
Willingness to learn about our products and accurately inform our audience.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
) and social media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Provide a link to social media account(s) that you have previously managed.
