Responsibilities/Duties:
General Construction Duties:
Engage in various construction tasks, including but not limited to shoveling, loading, and other general labor activities.
Punctuality and Determination:
Show up on time with a determined attitude, ready to tackle the day's tasks.
Hands-On Work:
Engage in various construction tasks, including erecting, insulating, and sheathing steel structures, foundations, and footings.
Learn and Grow:
Take the opportunity to learn and grow in the construction industry from the ground up.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Adherence to Safety:
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
The position requires the ability to lift 80lbs repeatedly through out the day.
We carry and mix concrete, install heavy basketball systems, and lift heavy rolls of synthetic turf Required Skills/Abilities:
Common Construction Knowledge:
Basic understanding of construction processes and practices.
Strong Work Ethic:
Demonstrated strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow in the construction field.
Common Sense:
Practical and logical thinking to navigate construction tasks effectively.
Basic Tools Knowledge:
Familiarity with common tools such as tape measures, hammers, and power tools.
Comfort with Heights:
Ability to work comfortably at heights as required by construction tasks.
Experience:
Entry-level candidates are welcome.
Pay will be based on experience, starting at $18 for entry-level positions.
Willingness to Learn:
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and contribute to construction projects.
Exemplification of integrity even in the absence of oversight Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages
