ICDL was formed 33 years ago and became the official home of DIR and DIRFloortime .
DIRFloortime is used to help children, young adults, and even adults with a wide range of emotional, sensory, regulatory, motor, learning, and developmental challenges.
DIRFloortime is recognized as a leading evidence-based approach to helping individuals on the autism spectrum and others with neurodevelopmental differences flourish.
ICDL is in a time of growth and development.
We are expanding and more and more people are engaging with ICDL than ever before.
The CEO is looking for an assistant to plan projects and move them forward.
While this is a not-for-profit, we utilize several software platforms and primarily develop new uses of these platforms i-house.
While the person applying does not need to be a software developer, the person needs a higher than average capability to use computer programs.
Basic website designing will also be needed.
The CEO of ICDL has an established history of innovative and progressive leadership.
The CEO needs an assistant that can share that drive and eagerness to innovate and grow the organization.
There will be many aspects of this job that will span all aspects of what ICDL does, both internally with internal operations to external operations that relate to programing and engagement with collaborating organizations and individuals.
This is a unique opportunity and will be very exciting and fun for the right person.

Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in implementing innovation Collaborate with all staff and organization partners to ensure efficient workflow and communication Develop and implement company policies and procedures Develop project plans Implement project plans Do what is need to get projects done Perform a wide range of tasks that will assist the CEO with leading the organization including website development, program development, human resource development, finance management, publications, communications, and many other related areas of focus that make an organization not only work, but to grow and develop int the future.
Take the CEOs ideas and plans, and put them into operational action.
This job is located in NJ.
Much of the work will be remote, but there will be in-person meetings and tasks on a regular basis in northern NJ.
Travel will be required as well.
The CEO speaks at locations around the world and the program development is international.
A passport and willingness to travel internationally is required.
Experience:
We would love to have someone with college education at least a Bachelor's level, at least five years of related work experience, and a proven track record.
However, enthusiasm, innovation, work ethic, problem solving, follow through, and drive are what is most important and education and experience requirements can be waived for the right talent.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
