We are currently seeking a Product Assembly Technician in our Rockaway, NJ HQ.
This position is responsible for:
Assembly of the company's medical devices for use by patients, HCPs, company representatives, and related personnel Programming of devices with the company's proprietary device operating software Preparation of packaging materials for devices and related materials Perform packaging and labeling operations of product for movement into finished goods Completion of required quality control / quality assurance operations as they relate to the company's products Primary Job Responsibilities Prepare the company's product for assembly and programming operations (e.
g.
, power-on / charging test) Program the company's devices in accordance with established work instructions, travel tickets, and related specifications Perform ultrasonic welding of product in accordance with established work instructions, travel tickets, and related specifications Prepare packaging materials, including the assembly of finished product boxes, gathering /provision of required literature (e,g, Instructions for Use, Warnings/ISI Cards, Getting Started cards) for inclusion in the finished package.
Performing any required in-process inspection operations and documenting the results on appropriate production and/or inspection records Ensuring required production and quality systems documentation has been completed in accordance with established procedures.
