Inspect coated parts for coating thickness, coating adherence, surface finish, substrate & coating hardness, size and appearance, records inspection information consistent with prescribed methods and procedures Conduct audits under supervision; control plan audits, product audits, 5S, HSE, QMS self-assessment and customer supplied audit forms Responsibility for relevant Document and Data control, updates and maintains daily inspection logs in a timely and accurate manner Maintain a clean workstation; ensure it is functioning within required safety guidelines, and maintaining lab equipment Communicates effectively to supervision and operating personnel to achieve optimum continuity of workflow and quality, and any other job-related problems Use precision measuring instruments and makes precision inspection set-ups Responsible for 5S Program (continuous improvement) in the QC area and other areas where assigned Other duties as assigned What do we ask? Minimum High School education with sufficient knowledge gained through experience; Associate Degree preferred.

years' experience in a manufacturing environment completing QC inspections and procedures.
Proficeint PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good organization and time management skills.
Must be able to sit/stand for long periods, be able to read small print, as small as 6 font and distinguish color differences.
Must be able to wear required PPE.
The preferred candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position will be working the hours of 11:
45 pm - 8:
00 am, Monday through Friday.
Good dexterity skills and must be able to handle precision machined parts and have the ability to read instructions in English.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
