We think it might be you! This position at our company is a great way to learn many facets of managing a branded, import and distribution company.
We design, develop, and produce gifts and serve ware and distribute to about 2000 retailers across the US.
We also sell directly to consumers on our company website.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and traditional mail Data entry Pulling orders from different platforms, prioritize and process them.
Keep track of orders in process Contact customers and sales reps about orders.
Keep track of inventory and maintain out of stock list.
Complete a variety of duties without letting anything fall through the cracks.
Be prompt and prepared at all times.
Work quickly, but accurately.
Assisting others with duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to learn new software.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) is required.
QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
