We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team.
As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, providing product information, and ensuring a positive and safe experience for all customers.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their preferences and needs - Provide detailed information about different strains, products, and consumption methods - Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of cannabis use - Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system - Maintain knowledge of current regulations and compliance standards - Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with products - Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's experience - Conduct product demos or tastings as needed Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service to all customers - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide product information - Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to upsell and promote additional products or accessories - Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred but not required If you are passionate about cannabis and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
