Sales/Front Desk Receptionist Camp Bow Wow in Rockaway, NJ is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our 40 people, strong team.
We are looking right now for full & Part-Time positions.
We are located in Rockaway NJ.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities:
Must love dogs, as well as be ok picking up and after dogs and handling.
Running dogs from front to the back of the house.
Greet customers entering and leaving the business.
Able to sell our services to clients and upsell add-on services always! Be able to multi-task several phone lines and be left alone without a manager for a few hours.
Accurately process all cash and credit payments & check-ins via phone.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times and maintain a professional manner.
Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service & sales is a must and will dictate wage.
Ability to work with people and build rapport with a big heart for animals and know who they are as well.
Strong attention to detail and cross-selling of training and grooming services.
Ability to listen and communicate effectively with managers & peers.
Prior dog experience is also a plus but not mandatory - just need to love them.
