We are seeing a organzied and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our endodontic dental specalist office.
Monday- Thursday 7:
30 to about 5pm.
Duties include:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Verify and updated patient informaiton - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Corrdinate insurnace verification and patient billing - Assist with office management duties as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred - Proficient in computerized systems and software, dental software expierece a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor We offer competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
